In App notification of new version release

Would like to have a business central in-app notification to advise a customer that their ODT Rentals version is out of date when there is a new release. for example, a notification that 2.4.X has been released if their version was 2.3.X We could then direct them to instructions and release note forum link for information and guidance on how to update.
