Rental Unit integration of status with Fixed Asset

When a rental unit is linked to a fixed asset and that fixed asset is marked inactive (like after disposal/sale), mark the rental unit inactive as well. If a service unit is linked to either the FA or the linked rental unit, would like inactive to cascade there also (would also need the inactive flag on service unit).

Will have to add this in 2 stages:
Will add the integration between Fixed Asset and Rental Unit as part of the next update for rentals.
The integration between the Rental Unit and the Service Unit will be in the next update of the Rental/Service connector app.
