Automatic inspection service orders on return of rental units

Categories of equipment can be flagged as requiring an inspection service order be completed before the unit can be re-rented.

Planned release date to move this feature from Dynamics NAV rental product is likely 2nd quarter of 2018, the end of which would be the latest possible release date, depending on Microsoft's release date of the service module and the next major release of Dynamics 365, which is scheduled for May/June of 2018.
