Add rental shipment and return functions for yard and warehouse personnel

This feature allows the yard and warehouse people to process the rental unit movement without having to go into individual rental contracts. The same capability will be added to rental contracts to allow all shipments and returns to be processed at once for the entire rental contract.
Planned release date to move this feature from Dynamics NAV rental product is 2nd quarter of 2018.
