Address mapping function for rental contract sell-to and ship-to addresses

The mapping function already exists in the product. This feature would be added to the rental quote and rental contracts screens.

Planned release date is 2nd quarter of 2018.

Consider truck routes not Google maps for cars.

Address mapping using standard dynamics mapping is now available on Rental Quote, Rental Contract and Posted Rental Delivery. Unable to find an acceptable truck routing API to use.
