Revise the Setup Wizard to include 28 Day Month

Current setup Wizard provides an automated way to add a configuration for a 30 Day period. The typical customers we are encountering us a 28 Day period as a monthly rate rather than a calendar based month. Would like to have the setup revised to accommodate for setting up the 28 Day period instead of a 30 Day code.
