Comment Line Added for both Rental and Sales Lines

Add a pick-list "Comment" line option for both Rental and Sales invoice and quote entry sections in ODTR365. D365 normal invoice and quote entry allow you to pick "Comment" line to enter comments on the invoice or quote when the field length for a sales item is not long enough.

the new version includes the ability to use pre-defined standard text codes (with extended text) as well as regular "Comment" lines in sales and rentals sections.
