Add pickable field called "last invoice date" to window for "view rental contract list"

Add a field that shows the last invoice posting date and document date (depending on what people want to see) to the window called "view rental contract list". This way, we can easily see what the last invoice date was for each contract so no contract is missed for invoicing each month.
