Add email template to Rental Invoice

Prefer a Word email template or a few different Word email templates be added to the Rental Invoice Custom Report Layouts. D365 normal invoicing has this option for a formatted professional looking email template and it should be available in Rental Invoices.

We added the ability to email the rental reports as part of the last release (6.1). This function emails the report as an attachment in the same format as displayed in BC (RDLC layout). There is a lot of processing that occurs in the layout as it's processing the report data that's not possible in a word layout so that part of the suggestion isn't in the scope for this update.
