Unique Contract Report by Rental Contract Type

If a rental company offers camper rentals and equipment rentals there are different terms and conditions. The desire is to be able to have 2 contract reports and be able to print the desired contract report that suites the rental contract type. Thought is as a work around we could use Standard Text Codes and add line to contract and print for unique terms.
